Individual and Collective Emergence

We are noticing that there are two spaces of emergence in the creative cycle. These creative cycles, we now suspect, hold the essence of Learning Cycles.

There is the Emergent Whitespace that happens when the Normalizing Force is bending the path from divergence to convergence and the white space of emergence that happens at an Inflection Point .

The former is a space of individual creative emergence, the latter is a space of collective creative emergence. It is this rhythm of individual and collective creative emergence that, we sense, is the fundamental nature of the creative cycle.

We sense that identifying these two spaces of emergence is important as it helps us design a process for creative cycles in which hold space for 'creativity' to emerge.
