Sense of Wholeness

Reflections on Seeking Satisfaction

We have come to appreciate that we are of three minds: the mind of feeling, the mind of thinking, and the mind a sensing.

Sensing, that by which the intuition opens the door to a space in which an insight might emerge – a new understanding – that which Friston calls an 'update'.

Satisfaction is desired – a wholeness achieved that allows us to sit back and find the calm of completeness, an order, a balance.

Wholeness that is good, a wholeness that delights. A wholeness the illuminates the potential of new emergence, one that makes the journey, and the story we tell of it, a gift to ourselves and others.
