We might think of schools as starships 
that have been in the orbit of a star that has died and is now a black hole that threatens to suck them in.
With courageous leadership, the time has come for them to break loose from that gravitational field and venture out to find a new star to orbit, one might allow the full potential of each student to be realized – where Creative Genius is unleashed.
To do so, each starship must reach an _escape velocity_:

Each school will have their own Path of Transformation and must find their own escape velocity depending on their size and the gravitational pull of their existing culture.
