Deep Work

Our lives are often filled with 'busy work' to manage the world around us in order to maintain a semblance of order. But this work is often done in reaction to others and leaves our spirit feeling depleted.

And then there is _deep work_, that which challenges ourselves to create where we sense something moving through us – a flow – that nourishes our spirit.

Rarely do we give ourselves permission to sit in the Emergent Whitespace of our creative imagination and do deep work. In fact, for far too many, such deep work is a foreign concept, leading some to deny any creative capacity.

To become Meaning Makers, we must do deep work by venturing, time and time again, into the unknown where we practice Deep Listening.
