Cybersocial Thinking

We sense a new understanding that sits deep inside this creative journey we have been on – one that links back so that allows our imagination to spring forward with greater Temporal Thickness.

Temporal thickness augmented as we have come to learn how to think with a machine. Not only to remember, but also to see new patterns in our thinking which holds powerful meaning that can be conveyed in stories that might inspire the wonder and curiosities of others.

We recognize that it was Bush who popularized the concept of a Cybernetic Thinking machine, though this vocabulary was not introduced until a few years later by Wiener.

We now recognized that we can name Ward's grand contribution, that which he made with the invention of the wiki, that which allowed what we might call cybersocial learning in the early days of the Web.

As we have explored the potential of the wiki reimagined, that which we call the fedwiki, we now see ourselves pioneering a new potential, that of cybersocial thinking.

Where new patterns of collective meaning can emerge to amplify our collective creative potential, boldly walking into the early dreams of Intelligence Amplification.
