We are beginning to recognize how the DIG framework is helping teams build Adaptive Capacity. This capacity is essential as we continue to walk into uncharted waters of a global pandemic.
School administrators and teachers are particularly challenged by these times. Schools are complex human systems so adaptation is complicated.
We are finding that these DIGs are allowing teams to better understand their 'truth', deepen their 'connection' and allowing them to hear their 'voice' that allows them to develop cultures of creative co-creation.
